Our Background

Hello friend!! Welcome to Spotlessadira’s Art Therapy a place where artistic expression/freedom meets therapy. I’ve struggled with different parts of mental health throughout many years of my life as far as anxiety and clinical depression. I was finally able to find something that speaks to me which are many forms of the Arts. Writing/dancing/playing instruments/singing/painting etc. I’m hoping to create a safe space for people that are similar to me/may deal with some mental illnesses to find their own artistic talents or a creative outlet as a whole to bring peace of mind and purpose to their lives.

Everyday Makeup Looks Course

With this course I will be sharing my knowledge of basic makeup applications for everyday looks. From steps of how to apply foundation and the best tools to achieve a seem-less look to shade matching for the best potential outcomes. This course is made to enhance the appearance and build confidence in makeup skills.

• 1 day course •

•A makeup kit will be provided for this course•

• $250 will be the price for a everyday makeup kit with the products that I personally recommend/provide in the kit based on the clients specific needs for each skin type •

• $100 deposit is required when booking this course the remaining balance is due on the day of the course •

In Depth Makeup Course

Similar to the everyday makeup looks but with added details of how to apply rhinestones, changing eyebrow colors, working with eyeshadows, painting lashes, and drawing face details. This course while help to spark your own creative twists on different looks and techniques that best fit your style. There’re are many different types of MUA’s and this course will help to define what that means to you/what you bring to the table that makes you unique.

• $300 will be the price for this course along with a kit with the products that I personally recommend/provide in the kit based on the clients specific needs for each skin type•

Intro to Face Painting

This course will be the introduction to face painting and it provides information on product knowledge, the different types of face paint and what they’re best used for, proper application to achieve the best outcome for makeup look. Face painting is one of my favorite parts about makeup and art therapy because it allows you to change your appearance in a way that you could express yourself artistic based on your mood that words might not be able to explain!! Complete creative freedom!

• $400 will be the price for this course along with a kit with the products that I personally recommend/provide in my the kit based on the clients specific needs for each skin type•

• $200 deposit is required when booking this course the remaining balance is due on the day of the course •

Face and Body Painting Course

In this course I’ll be sharing a more in depth way to achieve a face paint and body paint piece. How to set the paint in place, how many layers to use for each paint based on its color/consistency, how to fix things that might get smudged without completely erasing a look (been there!!). This course is to share the tips and tricks I’ve learned over the time of being a MUA.

• $275 deposit is required when booking this course the remaining balance is due on the day of the course •

Photography and Posing Course

When began my journey of being a MUA I felt very confident in my makeup looks until it was time to take pictures! For some reason I couldn’t figure out how to get my look to show up how I would’ve liked and it made the experience very discouraging for me. I’m sure that I’m not the only one that has experienced something similar so, in this course I will be sharing tips on how to make your pictures match how good you look in person!

• This course will also include makeup done by me free of charge with professional photos and editing done. If you’re wanting to do your photo shoot in a certain location that is welcomed along with styling tips to enhance photos •

Get in Touch

All courses and services require non- refundable deposits. All appointments must be canceled within 48 hours before originally scheduled appointments. There will be a $25 late fee added to the service but the appointment will be canceled if being late exceeds 15 minutes. All clients will be required to fill out an intake form to ensure the safety of the client and the makeup artist. Thank you.
